Definitely a staple in my bathroom in the 2000’s. It helped for the acne prone- oily-dry-combination-T zone -black head having teenage angst me; followed with a biore pore strip after a super hot steamy hour long shower/ concert. Now… not so much ,skins to fragile. I wonder why! But I do remember it felt nice , clean and smelt good. Bomb body scrub tho. 😅

  5. Same! With some oxy10 cream on my nose! LOL

  8. Ok so one thing. I learned about skincare was from Jeffree Starr and he was talking about I think Kylie skincare and he said your face should never be tight after washing it and my whole early tweens in 2005 to that moment flashed before my eyes and I was like is this why my skin was bad? Yes….yes it was

  9. ProActive!!

Thats why millenials dont age. We didn’t need retinol. We peeled our face so much, at this point its the equivalent of a chemical peel designed for a 70 year old lady.

  11. The St. Ives 💀

  32. @aprilsmith-ic8ih April 9, 2025 at 12:23 pm

That stuff had fooled me for a whole year I thought it was working but instead I was just rubbing off a fresh layer of my face😢 plus that was my first skincare I learned but I got better ones😊

  33. For real those commercial really got to us, not to mention the unrealistic, perfect splash of water the model always did after applying the cream/scrub

  40. MY MOM GOT ME THAT APRICOT SCRUB AND SHE TOLD ME “this is the one i used when i was younger”

  41. St Ives Apricot Scrub is still in my line up! 🤷‍♀️

  42. I’ve used this scrub since my first pimple appeared in my teens and now I’m
32 and still use it 😆 I get so many compliments on how great my skin looks. I know it’s not great for everyone’s skin but for my Puerto Rican/ Irish complexion, it’s amazing.

  43. @ChickenNugget-ev8zd April 9, 2025 at 12:33 pm

This video actually made me try the apricot scrub and it helps a lot
But I also have been trying harder to stay hydrated so maybe that’s it

  44. I still use the st Ives exfoliates for acne control 😅

  45. I just found out my cousin, she just turned 46, is still using the st Ives apricot scrub, that’s her entire skincare *routine*, I immediately went to my bathroom skincare overstock closet and created her an adult routine. Sad how, when I was 8 & she was 12, she was who I looked up to for beauty information 😂😂😂

  46. @tarnishedhalo1402 April 9, 2025 at 12:35 pm

    😂 not the saint ives

  47. On the lips!!
    Also necklace is exactly 2003

  48. I was also mixing Aztec clay and ACV as a weekly mask. My skin was beat red after those masks. Alcohol astringent sea breeze. Geezus fckn crust how do I have skin!?

  49. It felt so good though
